Dr. Tiffany Dzugan, ND is passionate about improving the lives of her patients. She believes wholeheartedly that women who are stressed and burnt out deserve to feel amazing and receive wonderful care. This led her to a practice focusing on women’s health related to hormones and digestion. She is also the founder of FemmeForm Collective, an online platform for supporting women through various life transitions. Dr. Tiffany is a NAMS certified Menopause Practitioner and graduated first in her class. She has received several awards honouring her outstanding clinical and academic achievement and in recent years has enjoyed becoming more of an advocate for menopause awareness. Prior to Naturopathic Medicine College, Tiffany completed an Honours Science Bachelor of Kinesiology Degree.H er breadth of knowledge about exercise as medicine and lifestyle intervention greatly influences her practice today.

Dr. Reem Alayan. BDS (Intl.) Startup and IPAC Compliance Specialist- Prime DMS Reem Alayan, the visionary founder of Prime Dental Management Services, brings more than a decade of expertise in dentistry, practice management, compliance, and professional training. Reem holds a bachelor’s degree in Dentistry from Iraq, worked as a Dentist and teaching assistant for several years, and has continued to advance her education in Canada through specialized programs, including Dental Practice Management at the University of Toronto and Infection Control Professional Development at Queen's University. Reem Alayan is a member of IPAC CANADA and has further strengthened her infection control and safety credentials through additional dental-focused programs at Fanshawe College, Health and Safety Inspections from the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety, and WHMIS Trainer certification. Her diverse academic and professional background positions her as a trusted authority in IPAC, compliance, and dental operations. Throughout her career, Reem has supported over 100 dental practices, from operational management and compliance to the successful launch of new dental clinics. She helped many dentists start their dental clinics in Ontario and trained hundreds of professionals at multiple levels in IPAC and regulatory standards. Driven by passion, precision, and a commitment to elevating dental standards, Reem leads Prime DMS with a clear mission to help dental practices operate with confidence, compliance, and excellence.

Joanne is the Founder and CEO of the Dental Assisting Collective (DAC), an organization created to elevate the role of Dental Assistants through professional development, education, leadership, and stronger integration within the dental practice. A Level II Dental Assistant and experienced educator, Joanne has worked across multiple areas of dentistry and has spent years teaching and mentoring the next generation of dental professionals. But Joanne’s story extends well beyond her professional credentials. Like so many women, she reached a stage of life where career, family, identity, health, hormones, relationships, and the question of “What comes next for me?” began intersecting in ways she hadn’t necessarily expected. Rather than seeing midlife as a time to become smaller, Joanne has chosen to use it as an opportunity to evolve. After a major career transition, she stepped outside the path she had known for decades and began building something of her own. That experience has required resilience, vulnerability, reinvention, and the willingness to keep moving forward even when the next step wasn’t always clear. That is one reason Menopause Unveiled resonates so deeply with her. Joanne believes the conversation around menopause needs to be bigger than symptoms alone. It is also about the woman experiencing them, her confidence, career, relationships, sense of identity, changing body, ambitions, and the person she is becoming in this next chapter. Angie Drinic is the founder of Dent-Cents & Menopause Unveiled. With over 40 years in the dental industry, she combines a unique background in business administration and law—having studied medical and dental malpractice at Western State College of Law. Since relocating to Canada in 1992, she has consistently trained teams in practices of all sizes. A seasoned speaker at seminars and conferences, Angie channels a deeply personal passion for menopause advocacy—a subject that once nearly cost her life. As the program's MC, she will share her powerful story to inspire others and help bring this critical issue to the forefront.
